My family has been bombarding me with their never-ending wisdom. I finally put some new quotes up on the side bar for you to experience what I experience on a daily basis. Especially the "you suck" one. Seriously. On a daily basis.

I have a full life that I intend to enjoy to my dying day! I have an exasperating but totally cute husband, 3 smarter-than-me kids and a huge extended family that may or may not be blood related. Be prepared to be confused. I know I am.

"As a doctor I have been splashed by every type of body fluid there is; CSF, amniotic fluid, AIDS infected blood, pus, urine, feces, vomit; yet I still have not experienced anything as disgusting as politics" ~ my husband This was my favourite followed by the "harrassment" one. Both too true!
The harassment one is classic...it makes me want to go back and deconstruct all my old nursery rhymes again! Your family say cool things!

ROFL I like that one, too! It reminds me of the time at work, everyone had to sign a paper saying they had watched the "sexual harrassment" video. We have two couples at work, and when I went in to sign the sheet one of the couples was in with me. They were joking and talking about the video, and what is and is-not sexual harrassment. Finally, Nick grabbed Eric's butt and Eric pointed to our manager, Travis, saying, "See!! See this!!" Nick said, "That's not sexual harrassment, that's sexual assault, and I didn't see anything in the video or sign anything about that!!" Everyone cracked up laughing, and Travis said, "well, I guess you're right about that one," winking at Nick. ::sigh:: what a lot of goofballs! ::grin::
