Back To School Night

Last night was Back-To-School night at Little Man's school. Mr. Daphewood managed to get off of work early to go to this thing. He was glad that he did because the teacher told us about a conversation she had wth our son. On the playground Little Man came up to her very distressed. He pointed to kids that were up high playing wildly on the monkey bars and said "Please tell those kids to be very careful. They may fall and hurt their brains and that would make more work for my Daddy." My husband got a chuckle out of that one. I couldn't figure out if Little Man was more upset about kids possibly getting hurt or more upset about the thought of his father working longer hours.
