Roadkill Or Grocery Dumping?

I was at Union Station this week and saw a raw, smashed featherless chicken just laying in the parking lot. It had no head, no feathers but no packaging either. There was no paper around or near it. It looked like it had been run over a few times as well. So my question is, who cleans this up? Does animal control come out to collect a carcass or is it just mere trash that the janitor can throw away? Who would you call? I just left it.

Crows, racoons, and opossums. Heh. I can't remember the last time I had to spell "opossum." It tickles.

Aw man! I just took a trip up and back to northeast Iowa and the road-kill was awful. Not as bad as last year--and it was REALLY bad last year, so I figure someone is working to keep it as cleaned up as possible there. At Union Station, probably someone in their maintenance dept. could have cleaned it up. You wouldn't think they'd want that visible when company comes!

eeekkk...good question, here I think it's a matter for our Rothsay people. But that's just a guess. :)
