Good Morning, Kansas City!

It was so beautiful yesterday. I hope today is more of the same. I see that snow is forecasted for the weekend but thankfully, the weather service is rarely correct. Mr. Daphnewood is really being obnoxious this morning! He called my cat "fugly". He is being so obnoxious that my daughter asked "Mom, why did you marry him?" Well it is never boring. I can tell you that much. My side hurts from laughing so much this early in the morning. Have a great day everyone!

Fugly? How can he say such a beautiful cat is fugly! I think the cat should put a plastic mouse somewhere with a note of protestation on it for Mr. Daphnewood to find. That'll teach him to say he's fugly and get your April Fools in early. Tee-hee! ;-)

My dog is pretty fugly, almost totally blind, deaf, only has two teeth, lots of warts and his hind legs are higher than his front ones, so he slopes forward and his nose is an inch and a half longer than it should be so he resmebles an ant eater. (it's one of those things where I can call him fugly, but if anyone else does, we play terrible tricks on them to protest!)

Mr. D better watch out. Cats are not only intelligent, they are vengeful. One time my cat was sasuntering by and I just happened to have two rubber band six shooters in my hand. When he gave me the turn and butt lift it was more temptation than I could resist. Twelve rubber bands as fast as I could pull the triggers. Man what a look he gave me.
The next morning when I got up to get dressed, when I put my shoe on, it went "Squish".
Yep.
Willie had gotten even by making a deposit in my shoe.

I know my kitty is soooo adorable. Mr. Daphnewood just gets jealous of the attention that I lavish on her. He really does like her too but Freckles only likes girls for the most part. We got her at an animal shelter.

Good afternoon from the Waldo area in Kansas City. Your cat is beautiful, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Course, I'm sure you already know that. Your daughter is so funny!

The fuglier the better, that's what I say.

That cat's not fugly, it's cute! It sounds like you have fun in your house though. :-)

Hi Vicki! Another person from KC! how very awesome. I am not sure where Waldo is. I am still finding my way around even though I have been here since July. I know, how sad. I just found the baseball stadium this past weekend and have yet to see this "speedway" everyone talks about. I live in Overland Park (Kansas side)
