I'd second that except I just ate lunch and am not hungry any more. But I ditto the rest! Hey, tho, a bit of cool-down next few days and maybe some rain. Yay!

Mmmmm...a nice Monte Cristo would be nice. Do you know that's the only food I have wanted for the past couple days b/c of you and I don't even know what one tastes like!

Vickie, I am searching the skies looking for that rain! I will not be happy until it starts pouring. but 76 degrees sounds heavenly right about now (according to CNN weather)

Etchen, did you find a recipe? I am not sure how to make the batter. I like the lighter batter but some places (like bennigans) use a thick crust. The new cell came and I programmed that sucker for him immediately. I got my trusty cell and didn't use it once yesterday. figures.

EG, heat makes me whine. I had so many errands that being outdoors got me sick to my stomach. I just had too much to do. Normally heat just makes me sweat. Yesterday, it almost made me puke.
